Refund Policy

At Themba Hub, we deeply value the generosity of our supporters. As a nonprofit organization, we use all donations to serve vulnerable communities with integrity and care.

Donation Refunds

Donations made to Themba Hub are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can happen. We will consider refund requests under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate donations were made in error

  • A donation was made in the wrong amount

  • Technical issues (e.g., double charges, failed transactions)

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction so we can review and resolve the issue.

 

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Donation amount

  • Date of transaction

  • Reason for the request

  • Proof of transaction (e.g., screenshot or payment receipt)

We will respond within 5–7 working days.

 

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued through the original method of payment (e.g., credit card or EFT). Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, depending on your bank.

 

In-Kind Donations

We are unable to offer refunds for non-monetary (in-kind) donations such as food, clothing, or goods unless they were delivered in error or discussed beforehand.

We are committed to financial transparency and ensuring your contribution is used effectively. Regular updates and impact reports are available on request or via our instagram page.
